weddings and receptions

the wedding coffee cart

The same custom built cart, the same espresso, syrups and baristas as the shop, set up wherever you are getting married. Real coffee, at the hours a wedding actually needs it.

why a wedding coffee cart

the four moments that need it

A wedding day runs twelve hours if it runs one. These are the stretches an espresso bar is for.

one

the cocktail hour

The ceremony is done and the photos are not. An espresso bar gives your guests somewhere to gather and something warm to hold while they wait for you.

two

after dinner

Speeches done, cake cut, dance floor open. A round of proper coffee keeps the people you love out there past nine.

three

the send off

A hot cup in hand for the last song and the drive home. Guests remember how a day ends.

four

the morning after

Brunch with the people who stayed the weekend. The cart does the day after as gladly as the day itself.

the bar

the shop, minus the walls

The cart is custom built and carries the same espresso, the same syrups and the same baristas who work the counter every morning. Guests order the way they would at the shop. It just happens to be at your wedding. Book the bar for whichever stretch of the weekend needs it.

booking it

four details, one reply

01

send four details

The date, the city, roughly how many guests, and how long you want the bar open. That is everything we need to quote a wedding.

02

hear back the same day

Every enquiry gets an answer by the end of the day, weekends included. Most wedding planning happens on weekends, so that matters more than it sounds.

03

give the cart a flat spot and power

Indoors or outdoors. That is all it asks of your venue, and we handle the rest around whatever else the day is doing.

04

the bar opens

Our baristas pour the same drinks they pour at the shop, for exactly as long as you have booked us.

questions

the things couples ask

Will you travel to our venue?

We cater weddings across eight cities in three states: Chattanooga, Cleveland and Knoxville in Tennessee, Atlanta, Dalton and Ringgold in Georgia, and Huntsville and Scottsboro in Alabama. Somewhere else, or somewhere between? Ask anyway and we will tell you honestly.

What does the cart need from our venue?

A flat spot and power. The cart sets up indoors or outdoors, so the only question for your venue is which flat spot near an outlet you would like it in.

What happens if it rains?

The cart works indoors as happily as outdoors. If the forecast turns, it moves inside with everything else. All it needs in the new spot is level ground and power.

What can our guests order?

The cart carries the same espresso, syrups and baristas as the shop, so the bar pours what the counter pours, hot or iced. If there is a drink you want on the bar that day, mention it when you write.

How much does a wedding coffee cart cost?

It depends on the four things we always ask: the date, the city, roughly how many guests, and how long you want the bar open. Send those over and you will have a real quote by the end of the day.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have a date and a city, send them. We answer every enquiry by the end of the day, weekends included, so you will know where things stand the same day.

Can you cover the rehearsal dinner or the morning after too?

Yes. Receptions, rehearsal dinners and morning-after brunches are the same cart and the same crew. Tell us which stretches of the weekend you have in mind when you enquire.
