Ordering ahead is quicker. Walking in is better. Warm white walls, marble tables, a leather sofa under the olive tree, black pendants over a machine that rarely rests, and a pastry case that stays full until, quite suddenly, it is not.

We are a bakery as much as a coffee shop. The ovens run before sunrise so the case is full when you arrive, and when it is gone for the day, it is gone.

hi, my name is Denis

Morning Brew Co. began with a simple belief, the cup is not the point, it is the conversations the cup makes room for.

That idea took hold in Portland, Oregon, where I watched a whole community organize itself around coffee, morning after morning. So we built a place worth gathering in. Intentionally sourcing and supporting local vendors. Pastries made by hand before the doors open, and a room made for staying rather than passing through.
