Every season opens with one considered move. This summer's is a slow, overnight steep, cut with Tennessee wildflower honey and a breath of lavender, served over one large, unhurried cube. Available through August. Then the board resets.

Our year round bag. Dark chocolate depth, toasted hazelnut, and a bright finish of orange peel, roasted for the middle of the week, the middle of the pot, the middle of the game. The gentleman takes it black. We will not argue with him.

The knight, the monocle, the arc of the founder's hand. Our mark is pressed into every box, bag and cup that leaves the counter, a small promise that the coffee inside was played properly.

Urns of the House Blend, trays of laminated things, and a person who knows how to set a table. We cover the squares below. Write us with a date and a headcount, and consider it handled.
