Coffee House · Cambridge Square · Ooltewah, Tennessee

Fine coffee, landed fresh every morning. A neighborhood coffee house kept in the manner of an old import office: beans weighed by hand, pastry baked in small lots, and every cup entered fair on the ledger.

The Trading Mark

Every sack leaves under his eye.

The proprietor's crest, the arced script, and the import seal have been struck on every label since the first roast. If the sack does not carry the mark, it did not come from this house.
