Morning Brew Co is a small cafe in Cambridge Square, Ooltewah. We pull espresso, laminate croissants, fold crepes to order, and boil our bagels the slow way. This page is the whole story, set in one place and priced to the cent.

The menu is short on purpose. Nearly everything listed below is made in the building, most of it before the first customer sits down. Filter coffee is brewed by the cup. The cortado is four ounces, because that is what a cortado is.

Read the index the way you would a contents page. Every item carries a numeral, a plain description, and a price with no asterisk attached. When the season changes, the listing changes with it. That is the entire editorial policy.
