Early
First pots are on at seven, Monday through Friday. Weekends get one more hour of sleep.

Fresh
The pastry case is filled every morning and sells through by close. We do not carry things over.

To Order
Crepes and bagel sandwiches are built when you ask, not stacked under a heat lamp.
