Every season we rewrite the board. Right now it leans bright: citrus over ice, mint from the market, and slow pour overs for the ones who sit a while. The classics never leave. They just make room.

Our house blend goes into a plain kraft bag with a plain honest label, because the coffee should do the talking. Roasted in small batches, rested a few days, and ground however you take it. Ask at the counter.

Croissants, morning buns and whatever the bakers felt strongly about at five in the morning. The case changes with the day. When it is empty, that is the whole story. Come early, or make a friend who does.
