Morning Brew Co. lives in Cambridge Square in Ooltewah, Tennessee. The espresso is pulled dark, the dough proofs before sunrise, and the crepe iron is warm by seven.
Come for the first pour, stay for the last crumb. Tables fill with neighbors, laptops, and flour dust, and that is exactly how we like it.
